8-15-09 Transportation Quotes please
Hello Vendors-
I am looking for transportation on Saturday August 15, 2009.
Here are the logistics:
Ceremony: 3:30 St. Aidan's in Williston Park
Reception: 7pm Sans Souci in Sea Cliff
Groom and Groomsmen (6 guys total) need to be picked up from Carle Place and brought to Church in Williston Park for a 3:30 Ceremony (so they need to be there earlier).
Bride and Bridesmaids (6 gals total) need to be picked up in Williston Park and brought to church, also in Williston Park.
After Ceremony, Bride and Groom would like to be in 1 vehicle to take pics at a location in Carle Place, then go to Sea Cliff to meet up with Bridal Party.
Sans Souci has an event before ours, so we would like to take family pics at the memorial park up the block, and also some pics of bride and groom down by the water. We would like the vehicles to remain so the wedding party can be comfortable.
I have a quote from a vendor for 1100 cash. This is for a 12 passenger Excursion and an 8 passenger Lincoln. They are also throwing in a ride home for bride and groom, plus Airport drop off and pick up to and from Honeymoon.
Can anyone meet/beat this price or have any other offers? I don't need giant SUV's, all I need as far as luxury is working AC. Thank you for your time!
