Cake/Pies/Desserts

Hello!
I am having roughly 130 people at my wedding and I want to do cake and fresh pies. My wedding in on the North Fork at a Vineyard and I am wondering since I will have both, how many should the cake serve, and quotes on services. Pies are from a farm out there. Thanks in advance!
