Clueless about Transportation

Could someone please tell me what is the tradition or what is standard as far as transportation goes on the day of? I have no idea- who travels with who, the details, etc.
I would really appreciate it!

Re: Clueless about Transportation

Hi KC! Congrats on your upcoming wedding!!
This is what we did at my wedding 5-years ago: 1-limo took me, my parents, and my maid of honor to the church, another one was for the bridesmaids and flower girl, and another one was for the groom, ushers, and ringbearer. After the ceremony the bridal party spilt it up guys/girls in their 2-limos, and me, my new hubby, the maid of honor & best man were all in our own limo.

At a wedding I went to a few months ago, they had a limo for the bride and her parents, and just 1-limo for the bridal party. (The limo was one of those super-sized trucks.) The limo company dropped off the men first and came back to pick up the girls. Once the ceremony was over, everyone fit in the 1-limo/truck.
Hope this helps. My best to you with the rest of your planning! --Laura--LA Productions (631)473-0271 or [email protected]

Re: Clueless about Transportation

congratulations on your upcoming event
it depends on various factors
1)the size of the bridal party
2) the distance form the groom's house to church
3) the distance from the bride house to church
4) do you want to put the bridal party together?
5) some brides do not like to have the bridal party together some do so its up to you.

like the other bride replied you can have a car for you and your father going to the church, 1 for the bridesmaids, and 1 for the ushers, or you can get 1 large limo to pick up the ushers drop off at the church and then go for the girls. if you like you can call me at 800-797-8355 and i will assist you thank you......................................................manny
