Damaged Wedding Videos - need help!.

All three of our DVD's are not working properly. Based on some research my DH has done on the internet, he believes some of the data is damaged and something about CYCLIC REDUNDANCY CHECK blah blah blah

If any video vendors have ideas/solutions to bring our videos back to life ... we have no interest in approaching our original vendor. While we are happy with the content of the final product, the rest of the experience was not what we had hoped for and would rather not having any further dealings with the vendor.
