Fiber optic centerpieces

Hi. I'm looking for a vendor who does non-floral centerpieces such as fiber optic lighting or waterfalls. My RH, Crest Hollow, requires an insurance form signed by the vendor. Thank you

Hi, we can do some creative work with lighting and some 'non-live' materials. Insurance is not an issue, we are covered.
