Floral Quote/Estimate 8-12-12 wedding

I am getting married August 12 at the Fox Hollow and a friend who has done flowers privately is getting me prices but I am wondering what the going rate is for the items below bc if it is cheaper at a florist then I will go that route but don't have the time to shop around:

Bride
