Florist questions..

I am getting married January 9th and am having a candlelight theme..I want a regular bouquet, but I want my two maitrons of honor to have a candle with flowers around it..is this possible? What do these cost on an average. I also want to rent one or two standing candleabras
My wedding is at The George Washington manor in Roslyn. I havent booked my Florist yet. I would also need whatever the Groom and his guys would wear and what our moms would wear..can anyone give me average prices for what these usually cost? I want to be sure we budgeted enough money for this. I also would love to get my Florist booked as soon as possible...Thanks so much!!!
