flower quote

Hi everyone.. Im new to this and so far its been quite enjoyable.
I just booked with the Fox Hollow for Nov 8, 2008. Now it starting to think about flowers. I just wanted to get a quote on how much centerpieces would be. We are debating between high and low (so a quote for both would be great). Neither one of us really like roses that much. We would rather have flowers that are in season for fall, such as gerber daisies, sunflowers, etc. We are going to have either a plum or burgendy color.
