hair and make-up quote

My wedding is in Jan 2, 2009 I am looking for a place to have both my hair and make-up done as well as my bridal party members. I live in Suffolk. Right now I live in Sayville (at my parents house) and in Medford (At my fh house). I am looking for a salon close by or someone that will come to the house and do everything there. I am also looking for quotes on how much it would cost me and how much it would cost my girls. Any information would be helpful.
