Musicians for ceremony, possibly cocktails

Hi, can anyone send me some info on having a live musician (flutist, guitarist, something like that?) for the ceremony and possibly cocktails? I'm looking for quotes, how many songs I'd need for the ceremony, etc...
May 4th at Westbury Manor!
