Need a Photographer Under $700..only for an e-party. Very simple pictures only.

Hey,
I hope someone can help me out. I will like to have some quotes for a photographer for my e-party at the SandCastle in May. I want very simple pictures....nothing wedding like at all, but obviously classy. I don't need an album or many of the things that come along w/ a wedding. I'm interested in photojournalism...but can do w/o it. I would also like to have the negatives.
Basically, I would like some pictures of me and my FI on the hall grounds and throughout the party, including guests. Any info or if you can recommend anyone...will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
