Need RH/venue for Ceremony only.

We will be having a indian wedding ceremony and need seating (tables and chairs) for 500 people. We do not need a dance floor.

Space will be used for marriage Ceremony and after food will be served (from outside caterer).

Is there any vendor out there that can accomodate this number of people for a flat fee and NOT per person?

Looking for Saturday daytime August 1st 2009.

Our formal reception is being held the day after at Crest Hollow.
