Paris in February?

Is $775 for 6 nights at a 1 bedroom in Paris in February a good deal? The place looks nice and is 20 min walk to Paris and Eurodisney.... could we do better or find something with airfare or some sort of all inclusive for a better deal? This is the Royal Regency and seems to have good reviews
