Photo/video needed

I am throwing a pre party on Friday September 17th before my wedding and I need a photographer and videographer for 4 hours from 8 pm - 12 am at the Hyatt in Hauppauge. I would just require a DVD of all the pictures and a DVD of the video. No albums or prints. I would like some price information. Thanks
