pictures?

Hi!
So I have a horrrrrible story about my photographer, who will remain nameless for now. Long story short, we paid $5500 in full, and over a year later, have no pictures. She basically ran away with our money, leaving us with a pdf file of our album and our proofs. No album, no parent album, no 16 x 20 picture, etc. Needless to say, I'm looking for someone that could possibly take this pdf file and make my album? or take my proofs and make my 16 x 20 picture? Can someone help me?
