Price quote for DJ/MC and lighting

Hi -

I posted recently asking for a lighting quote but i think it would be better to be all inclusive as i am in the market for a dj as well for my September 2011 wedding at east wind (saturday night wedding). It is not going to be a huge wedding - about 135 people. What i need a quote for is the following:

1) ceremony music - either string trio or quartet
2) cocktail hour music for an hour - jazz trio or string trio/quartet
3) DJ and mc for 4 hour reception
4) a small DJ lighting package (minimal trusses, maybe some light lighting for the dance floor) but uplighting around the room (nothing that changes colors or club like and it is a relatively small room - not like a large ballroom, my guess is max of 12-15 uplights would do)

Can anyone provide a price quote for this?
