Quote for Continuous Cocktail Hour

I am looking for a quote for a continuous cocktail hour reception at Macari Vineyard in June 2012. Macari does not have a commercial kitchen and cooking must be done outside under a cook tent. To give you an idea of what I am looking for:

Passed Hors D'ouvres and a Tuscan station during the traditional 'cocktail' hour
Various stations during the wedding itself
Premium bar service (caterer must have liquor license) including soft drinks, water, coffee, tea, beer and liquor (not wine, because we must use our Vineyard's wine).
Wedding cakes and other assorted desserts.
