Seeking Guest Shuttles for Arrival/Departure from Reception!

I am getting married at Bailey's Arboretum in Locust Valley, NY on October 6, 2012. About 50% of my guests are from out of town which means we have blocked hotel rooms in multiple locations. In addition, there are very few hotels anywhere near Locust Valley which is frustrating. I am looking for a shuttle that can pick my guests up at as many as 3 different hotels and bring them to the wedding (ceremony and reception at same spot) and then drop them off at their hotels after the reception. We do NOT NEED ANYTHING FANCY. This is a casual wedding and everyone is coming to have fun and dance!!
