Shuttle Transportation to/from Reception Hall

My guests are staying at the Hampton Inn Brookhaven and my reception is at the Hamlet Willow Creek. The cocktail hour is at 7 and the reception ends at 12. I'm expecting almost 100 guests to stay at the hotel, and need shuttle service to the reception and back to the hotel.

I'm looking for multiple buses so no one is stuck waiting 30 minutes for the shuttle to return. Please send me quotes and the setup (number of buses, number of people they can accommodate, etc ...)

Thank you.
