~*~*~*~*The 'official 08 wedding' Weight watchers thread~*~*~*~*

OK so since you guys mentioned it, i'm starting it.

I've been on WW for about 4 weeks now. I've lost a total of 6.4 lbs. I have a LONG way to go but for the first time I'm totally motivated to do this. In the past I haven't been in the right mindset and i'm not letting the wedding affect that. I plan to continue after .

The new statement they've been using in our meeting is:

'If you always do what you always did, you'll always get what you always got.'

The more I think about it, the more its true.

Keep up the great work ladies!!!!

First of all, Congratulations! 6.4 lbs is GREAT! I started last fall and lost my 10% which was 18 lbs in 2 months. Then I moved and went off of WW, gained about 5 lbs back through the holiday season. I started up again in March, and I am down another 10 lbs, so Im actually at a total of 23 right now! Its tough, but I have my eyes on the prize!

Keep it up!

Does anyone here just do the online verison? I’m thinking of joining but I always feel so pressed for time that it might be easier just to do it online.

I used to do the online. Keeping track of points is so easy that way! Since I am poor I am trying to count points on my own (I have all the books and stuff from previous WW membership.) starting today!

I've always loved WW, I lost about 70 lbs a few years ago and unfortunately put back about 30. I just needed to motivate myself to re-join and not let people bully me into it (FIL's were trying)

In all the times i've been on WW, I never made my 10%. THIS time is different. I'm more determined than ever.

I joined in Patchogue.

i got the monthly pass which is $39/mth I go to meetings and gives you access to online....It's TOTALLY amazing. I find it easier to keep track of points as well. Plus their recipe builder rocks.
