~*~*~*~*The 'official 08 wedding' Weight watchers thread~*~*~*~*

OK so since you guys mentioned it, i'm starting it.

I've been on WW for about 4 weeks now. I've lost a total of 6.4 lbs. I have a LONG way to go but for the first time I'm totally motivated to do this. In the past I haven't been in the right mindset and i'm not letting the wedding affect that. I plan to continue after .

The new statement they've been using in our meeting is:

'If you always do what you always did, you'll always get what you always got.'

The more I think about it, the more its true.

Keep up the great work ladies!!!!

UGH!!!!

I am soooo frustrated lately. I feel like i'm in a complete rut lately.I know its not advisable
and I know I shouldn't be doing it but I've been weighing myself just about every day and not noticing a big change. I need to get out of the habit but haven't.

Anyone else do the same?

Going to my meeting tomorrow so I know that will be the final word.

i do that too! i finally stopped myself since and was down to weighing at home only mid week.. but lately ive been missing my meetings..argg.. it's very frustrating!!

Grr I hate this. Again why I shouldn't trust my home scale. I weigh myself at home, I loose 1 lb . I go to the meeting today and NOTHING.

Every 4 weeks I blame AF but this is sooo annoying.

It's been a few weeks, hows everyone doing?

I need major incentive after the holidays last week. I think I put on 2 lbs I don't know what it is but I can't control myself around appetizers

I haven't lost or gained anything in two weeks and added some major excercise for three weeks and I am annoyed. BUT i realize 20lbs is good and I will figure out a way to rev up my body to start showing the goods on the scale. I know my clothing is getting loose but i want that damn number to go down!

Hey girls!
I'm new to LIW and I have been on WW since June. I joined 5 days after a year before my wedding. I'm down 17.8 lbs so far. I slacked a bit through July-August but I'm back on track now. I go to the gym 4-5 days a week, sometimes more but I have lots to lose. I'm hoping to be down at least 50lbs all together by my wedding. This pasy friday was my best WI in a while. I was down 2 lbs. I have also set a goal of one pound a week. If I do better than that then awesome! I'm not settin up unrealistic expectations for myself.

Good luck to everyone! Remember, weight watchers works if you work it!

Figured I'd bump the post since some us of seem to be in need of incentive.

Since i've been sick the last week and a half, i've been bad. I haven't gone to a meeting in 2 weeks. I'm still on plan writing things down though.

However, I went to the Dr. office this week and she told me i'd lost 12 lbs so i was soooo happy about that

I love WW!! I lost over 50 lbs, but ever since moving in w/ FH, 15 of them have come back , and about 10 of those after I ordered my gown, so I'm stressing out right now. After this weekend, I will be rejoining. It's true, that going to the meetings really makes a difference. I know the plan, I just do better when I have someone else weighing me, and congratulating me when I've lost 1.2 lbs!

How's everyone doing?

I'm now down a little over 10 lbs since starting WW and 20 lbs since I started dieting.

Only 27 more until I make my wedding goal! It's been such a SLOW process i'm not sure i'll get there. I need to stay positive!!!!!
