OK so since you guys mentioned it, i'm starting it.

I've been on WW for about 4 weeks now. I've lost a total of 6.4 lbs. I have a LONG way to go but for the first time I'm totally motivated to do this. In the past I haven't been in the right mindset and i'm not letting the wedding affect that. I plan to continue after .

The new statement they've been using in our meeting is:

'If you always do what you always did, you'll always get what you always got.'

The more I think about it, the more its true.

hey girls...lost 1.4 today...I have to lose another 2 to get back to my pre-vacation weight!

Well just got my weigh in... and even though I was having a HORRIBLE week or so i thought. I lost 2.4 so that brings me to a grand total of 17.3 pounds ...hhehheeheh too bad i have a poop load more to go!

hell yea... i thought i gained this week to be honest. I only gained once so far in eight weeks of joining but i have a dinner and a wedding to go to this weekend so we will see how well i do IoI

i was on it for awhile, but stopped.. summer is so hard with all the barbeques & parties.

I'm going back after labor day.. I go to the new hyde park location if anybody is interested

I'm having nighmares of not fitting into my dress

I have never stayed for a meeting, I usually weigh in and leave, but I weigh in on Wednesdays. how bout you

I thought I did well eating wise while I was away but i'm not so sure. I weighed myself this morning on my scale at hom and had gained a few lbs which honestly didn't make sense to me. However I'm not dissapointed since I had a good time!!!

I am supposed to weigh in today but it will depend on how I feel later.

I'll post then.

Ive been doing weight watchers on my own not going to meetings..( my neighbor did it sdo i just photocopied the book) Im down 18 lbs and ive been doing it for 3 months now...im trying to lose the weight i gained during pregnancy! its so tough! but i found ww to be the easiest! Good luck ladies!

Even though I wasn't feeling well, i pushed myself to go to a meeting tonight. I didn't lose much but at least I lost some

So far:

Since I first started watching myself: 10 lbs
Since my first meeting 6.6 lbs
