what did you use for your final song??? And why’d you choose it?
I remember when I was researching for a song to use there were just sooo many options. You could go with something sentimental, funny, whatever. My sister had chosen that Frank Sinatra 'New York, New York' song because they are both such HUGE yankee fans, and since they play that at the end of every game, it was only natural to play that at the end of their wedding night as well.
As for ME - I used 'Cowboy Take me Away' by the Dixie Chicks because 2 days after the wedding, that country boy I married was taking me to live out West. lol. It was perfect. (our other option was 'I'm gonna go where the green grass grows' by Tim McGraw. lol)
I just think that the song you choose for your first & last dance usually says a lot about you. So I'm curious - what was YOUR final song?

We used Tina Turner's '(You're Simply) The Best' For 3 reasons: 1. upbeat 2. fun song that everyone sings along to (in our friends and fam anyway) 3. when the Rangers won the cup in 94 it's the song that played

Let It Be by the Beatles. It just felt right. It was kinda the Beatles swan song and just seemed a good end to our wedding.

We picked 'I hate this part' by the Pussycat Dolls. It was fun and not a typical last dance song!

Michael Buble's - Save the last dance for me.
We chose it b/c I LOVE Michael Buble, and it was a nice change from Donna Summer's 'Last Dance'

I had considered that one also! It's a perfect song to end a good party. I probably would have definitely gone with that one if not for us going the route we chose ('Cowboy Take me Away' since he was taking me into the country and all)

We did Eric Clapton's 'Wondeful Tonight'.
We picked it because of the lyrics, and it was slow so we could dance together.
'As I turn out the lights, my darling, you look wonderful tonight'
