Dh and I just bought a house so we need furniture...we are thinking about getting a few rooms from Bob's... Does anyone have their furniture now? How do you like it? Has it held up well? Thanks!!!

they are opening a location in flushing this Thursday.. i know yorue a hb girl.. maybe its easier for u to go there instead of going out to long island.
i am obsessed with a dining room table but its too big for our space

Not a fan, we bought our bed from Bob's and it broke in about 6 months. It had a structural flaw. Of course we had a warranty but we decided not to get the same bedagain because we thought it was silly to let the same thing happen again.
We replaced our bed and had gotten most of the rest of our furniture from Ashley and we have zero complaints.

We got our bedroom set (including mattress) from there in early 2006. I still love our bed and mattress, but I don't love our dresser. The drawers aren't the best quality so they don't slide that easily. They're good enough, though, I guess, and they do look nice. DH got the side table and it looks beautiful.
I actually can't wait until we get a house someday (soon???) so we can get a King bedroom set. We'll put the Bob's stuff in our guest room, though, and it'll still look really beautiful.
I do love our mattress that's from there! It's a pillow-top and we went ahead and put an egg crate on top of it, too, and it's so comfy!

We got den furniture from there. It's pretty and nice, but it has a chip in it already that got there all to easily. Not to happy about that.
We are not going to get Bob's Bedroom furniture. I know someone whose bed fell down.

We have a dining room table, chairs, and curio cabinet from them. The table is a dark finish and it got scratched up pretty easily. I mean its minor scratches nothing major. I prob wouldnt buy another dining room table from them again since it got marked and scratched so easily but it was cheap and looks good so it will do

we have a couch and dining room table from them. the couch we love, it's so comfortable. and the dining room table is nice, but it got scratched easily. when we get a house, we're gonna buy nicer furniture... but for now, it's fine.

Not a fan, I can scratch the furniture with just my fingernail. I mean it looks nice, but I wish I just spent some extra money for higher quality. Also, we have major problems with delivery, they lost a piece of our couch, granted this doesn't happen to everyone, but their customer service s*cks!

Our couches, dining room set, coffee and end tables mattress and rug are from there love it all but my only complaint is the coffee and end tables are made cheaply but they were cheap lol!
