bridal parties

have any of you attended a tea party for a bridal shower, if so would you be able to give me ideas, i'm throwing one for my cousin in july, much thanks.

we did a tea party theme. we gave away pretty tea cups and saucers with an herbal tea bag for favors. we wrapped them in pastel color tulle and ribbbons. we also did a teapot centerpiece with flowers in it. scones and quiche and lots of finger sandwiches and cookies and tea biscuit. we encouraged people to dress uo and sent out formal invitations inviting the woman to tea. my friend was always playing tea party when she was a kid and never got out of it. lol she still collects tea sets etc and loved the idea. i have plenty of ideas and love to share if you need more fm me
