okay, what can i make with ricotta WITHOUT turning on the oven?!!? help!

I eat it out of the container
I dont know anything you can make without turning on the oven.
You can mix it with ziti and sauce and then throw it in the microwave a few minutes to heat it through.
I have done that if I get too lazy to actually make baked ziti

This prob won't help since it requires warm tomato sauce, but when I have ricotta in the house, put a dollop on my pasta

make regular tomato sauce, rigatoni and then drop a scoop of ricotta in and mix- DELISH!!!!!!!!Becca i didnt read your post-before i posted!

if i really need something sweet, i'll mix some lowfat ricotta with cinnamon and 1 sweet and low.i think i found that on WW a long time ago!
