Crashing.....for the married ladies...

Hi all,

Looking back, what is something you could've saved money on?

Re: Crashing.....for the married ladies...

flowers - i spent $4000 on flowers and while my bouquets were awesome, the CPs didnt get the attention they deserved even though they were a fortune! (and were gorgeous!)
i would say dress too but my grandma bought it for me so i lucked out

that's about it

everything else i wanted and had to have but i was pretty conservative with most expenditures throughout the whole process

Re: Crashing.....for the married ladies...

i don't think there was any one thing that we spent a ton of money on, maybe my wedding jewelry but in the end i loved it so i can't really say it was that.
we had a budget and stuck to it for the most part in regards to what we wanted to spend on certain things for our wedding.

Re: Crashing.....for the married ladies...

The flowers but that's because we didn't get what we wanted for the CP due to a florist error who also forgot flowers for my cake, my MIL's corsage, and petals for the placecard table. The florist, the 4 weeks leading up to our wedding, was a nightmare that I don't wish upon my worst enemy!!!

Re: Crashing.....for the married ladies...

Not really anything I can think of, I'm very happy with all of our choices even though some were expensive.

If I would have known it was going to rain on my day, I wouldn't have spent money and time buying bubbles and glue gunning pretty purple bows on them lol
