crumb cake recipe

For anyone that is interested...here is a great crumb cake recipe. If you love a lot of crumbs on your cake.....you can either double or triple the crumb info below. I usually double it.

Crumb Cake

Grease or spray cookie sheet with 1” lip.

Bake yellow cake mix according to directions for 20 until golden brown or toothpick comes out clean.

CRUMBS
For double crumb, double recipe below
Mix 2 tblsp cinnamon (I usually throw a hole bunch in)
1 tblsp of vanilla
pinch of salt
2 cups flour
2/3 cups sugar
2 sticks of melted butter

Mix with fork and crumble on baked sheet cake. Then bake 5 or so minutes at 325. Sprinkle with
confectionery sugar through sifter.

ENJOY!!!
