Does DH have a strong opinion when it comes to decorating your home, or does he sit back and let you make the decisions?
DH and I similar taste in SOME things, but disagree with others. I usually go out shopping look for what I like for the house, either buy it take it home and show it to him where it would go, or bring him back to the store to show him and then we get it. When we first got married he was SOOO picky, he's since let me make most of the decorating decisions.. lol thank goodness!

He gets no say. I bought all of the furniture w/out even consulting w/him. The only thing he picked out is one of the paintings we have hanging in our living room. If i left it up to him, we'd have photos of rockets all over the house.

DH would probably decorate the entire house tan.. for some reason he just loves that color for everything.. lol

He likes the same stuff I do most of the time. My problem is getting him to help me hang things!

My DH thinks he knows about decorating but doesn't. He wants to research everything before we buy it, furniture, appliances, our mattress. Before we got married and we were buying things I always ran it by him. Now I learned leave him home when I shop. I bring him what I like, what I know works in our home. I usually can convince him to like it too.

unfortunately for me my dh butts in, but I have most of the say, he already started telling me how I was arranging my kitchen cupboards, and I told him he just needs to worry about his den. but yes he puts his nose in everything,
