Has anyone bought their outdoor furniture from Fortunoffs??

How's the quality?? We found a set there that we really like and I think I'm about to order it!! If I knew how to post a pic, I would!! DOH!!

We went to a couple of places on 110 but didn't see anything we liked as much!!

Re: Has anyone bought their outdoor furniture from Fortunoffs??

My mom bought her deck furniture there, and she loves it - she's had it for a few yrs, and it seems to be holding up very nicely. They also advertise a free umbrella with purchase - maybe the table and chair set? Either way, that doesn't sound like a bad deal.

Re: Has anyone bought their outdoor furniture from Fortunoffs??

Thanks, Teri! I feel like ordering it today since it's on back order and not available for 6 weeks!! I want it to be here before DH's birthday May 8!

They have a deal now w/ free umbrella and 2 free chairs for the table we want. I know it's a gimmick, but it doesn't hurt to get *bonuses*!!

My mom has her set from there and loves it! My brother works there, and he is the one who bought it for her .... I guess then, it can't be bad!

Rob and I are going to get our outdoor furniture there too ... !

Re: Has anyone bought their outdoor furniture from Fortunoffs??

I haven't but I like the stuff they have there.
Surprisingly, COSTCO has a BEAUTIFUL teak wood set that DH and I saw last week. It was $1000 for the table and 6 chairs. Very simple, but the wood was really nice.

Re: Has anyone bought their outdoor furniture from Fortunoffs??

The nice weather is making me want to look for outdoor furniture too. But I think we have to wait until next year.

Teak for $1000.00 is a great price. It will last forever.

Kathi I really like the set you picked out. Is it iron or that composite stuff.

So many choices.....

Re: Has anyone bought their outdoor furniture from Fortunoffs??

my mother always gets her outdoor furniture from fortunoffs...

the ones I remember were wood...and then just recently metal frames...the wood is still around - I guess 10 years old (she uses when a lot of people come over) and the new metal is fantastic..

Re: Has anyone bought their outdoor furniture from Fortunoffs??

I have a set from Fortunoff's ... LOVE IT! Its a glass & metal table w/ metal chairs. It's been outside for 2 years now & still in great condition. I have no place to store it inside & I was worried, but so far it's been no problem.

good luck!

Re: Has anyone bought their outdoor furniture from Fortunoffs??

We bought ours last summer from Fortunoff. We were happy with the service and price. I definitely recommend buying early because things go on backorder or are no longer available as the summer gets closer.
Enjoy!

It is very nice. We bought one similar at Sam's Club, and it came with a side table and 2 chairs.

Kathi,

That's a great looking set! Glad to hear such positive votes for Fortunoffs .. we need to get my mom a garden swing, so maybe we'll look there .. I know they had some cute ones a couple of summers ago.

Re: Has anyone bought their outdoor furniture from Fortunoffs??

Thanks, Debbie!! You snuck in there while I was responding to Kel. You can come hang out in my backyard anytime - once DH is able to put his Weber grill (aka his 'new baby') together! I'll even share the chaise!
