I feel like Im slacking...I think every other May bride has changed already.

haha according to social security--i still am an unmarried woman.
i changed mine with dmv and CCs -- but passport and social security are still my maiden. i b lazy

Hey Ive been married since February and nothing. But its mainly because Im worried the IRS will come after him if I change my name to his so Im waiting til I get that squared away.

I waited until the marriage certifcate came in the mail. I am in the process of during the name changing now.

i'm really not sure why we HAVE to legally change it. I know no one has to do anything but I read on the marriage license that as long as you use a name in good faith and without intent to defraud, etc. etc. blah blah blah.
i'm not changing it at work for sure.

Ummm I havn't yet and Im march!! It just seems like sucha PIA process and I havn't been at my job very long and dont want to take days off yet to do it.

I changed it within the month. I went to the DMV and did all the small stuff the week I got back from my HM and SS card I did the week I went back to work.

be careful with that it can mess up your earnings with SS and affect you a million years from now!

i have off mondays so its not a time issue...just too lazy...that and ive had my last name all my life im not ready to change yet.

i took off the monday after we got back and did it...the only thing i haven't changed is my passport and some CC. Everything else says Buckley

I did SS, DMV, passport, work records, health insurance and 401K, 2 credit cards and one bank. That's it.
I still have a couple of cc to do, my bank, my joint accounts with my dad, my car insurance, my car registration, my mortgage, and a couple of other minor things.
