A bunch of my and DH's friends have given up smoking within the past few months. I'm SO proud of them!! DH used to smoke but quit about a year into our relationship!!!

I smoke for 14 yrs and quit with my last daughter and went back then quit when I found out I was preggers and Im def goin to try not to go back although I miss it alot

I am very ashamed to say that DH & I smoke; we have been trying to quit for the last few months now. This weekend we are holing ourselves up in the apartment and not coming out for anything. Just going to curl up in fetal position and ride it out.

Neither of us smoke. DH especially hates the smell of cigarettes.

I tried when I was in high school, but I never really liked the taste of it. I am the only one in my family that never developed the habit.

ME TOO,ME AND DH ARE LIKE ONE OF THE FEW IN OUR FAMILYS WHO DONT SMOKE, MY MOM DAD AND SISTER SMOKE AND FH MOM DAD AND BROTHER SMOKE

I smoked since I was 15 (I just turned 27) on and off. I just quit and it has been almost three months cigarette free!

neither of us do, i tried it but i dont even really know how to smoke properly. dh hates the smell, but sometimes i actually like the smell as it's fading

I do, but I am cutting down. The goal is to be smoke-free when we get pg and to remain that way forever. I need babysteps. I just cut out caffine so it is the next vice on my list

Not me....I'm an asthmatic, if i'm even around cigarette smoke I get soooo sick!
I also don't drink anythign with caffeine, as it affects my asthma as well and rarely drink alcohol. I haven't had a drink since New Year's eve.
Ever since I cut out caffeine and alcohol out of my diet I feel soooo much better and my asthma greatly improved!

Neither of us do (I swear I am allergic; I start to sneeze and wheeze as soon as I smell it), though DH does like to have a cigar abt once a year.

DH's dad passed away from lung cancer, so he feels very strongly about this issue.

Both DH & I used to smoke. I smoked for 14 years. We both have Stopped for over 2 years.
