Every single time they say something it means crap.

I went to drop off our thank you 4 weeks ago, they said that they would put a rush on it, and we'd have a sample of it sent to us right away. It's been a month already and now they are saying another week. And it's not even the full order of thank you's....JUST ONE STINKING PICTURE!!!!

I AM SO SICK OF THIS!

They ****, they make Misty mad, they make me mad, I am joining the militia, but I in to the non-violent section of this army. I hope it all get resolved soon sweetie, I know it must be so frustrating.

Hi Mistyeyed,

I had similar issues with them as well. I loved all my photos but their service is horrible. I hope everything works out for you.

I hope everything works out...

on the bright side...great pictures are the most important part of the outcome...years from now you can laugh about the service...but you will still cherish your pics!!
