I HATE MY TASSIMO MACHINE

It was given to us for a E gift and it is only maybe coming upon 1 year. It BLEW UP

We depend on that coffee maker every am
I cleaned the whole system out and everything..
The lights won't come on - no response

The Best is I called the manufacture b/c it is under a 2 year warrenty - and they will send me a shipping label within 14 days.After they receive it after another 3 weeks they will either repair it or send a new one!

In the meantime NO REPLACEMENT or compensation

I am disgusted with this company. Right now we are back to old fashioned brewing with our old coffee maker it takes what seems to be 1/2 hour but probably more like 20 -25 minutes to brew a pot!

How did I ever used to live this way

return it to BBB, they take anything back with no box or receipt as long as they sell it

Ya know I thought of just buying another one and switching the boxes. Lol.. But that was purchased from Fortunoff . I am not sure if there are serial code numbers that go with certain stores.

I have a Tassimo...silly question but is the power switch in the back on? Maybe it got hit to off..and that's why there's no lights?

did you ask me that b/c I am blonde. YES the switch is on but thanks anyway the machine literally blew up and sizzled inside on the lft hand side. Something went very wrong internally.

awwwww....no!!!! I was just trying to help you troubleshoot...i didn't realize it sizzled...haha...the biggest problem i usually have is the bar code reader gets dirty...bring your pods over & i'll make them for ya! haha
