Lets play a 'What If?' game!

What if I gave you $10,000, but you have to use it for a second honeymoon, or third- whatever. Where would you go and where would you stay?

i went to spain and even with the euro its VERY affordable. Infact, it was a bit cheaper than nyc. Yes the euro is more than the dollar but the way they price things it either comes out to the same we would pay or less. For example we'd get sandwiches with side dishes for lunch and it'd be from $3-7 euro, i once got prosciutto w/ swiss they grill it and with fries and it was about $3 euro so thats a bit under $6. I know this wont apply to you but cigs were about 2 euro well 2 euro and change which even came out cheaper than here. Dinners, we would get about 4-5 tapas, drinks, coffee after and it'd be about $30 euro

thats not bad. Prolly not too much than we would spend here going for tapas, and it can't get better than having Tapas and being in Spain. LOL

really?? All I want to do is go there and like eat Tapas the whole time. LOL. I just assumed eating out there would be expensive now. But Im glad to hear you say its not too bad! Cus I really want to go there!!!

i just edited my post above, i posted how much things cost. It was very affordable, seriously tapas was so inexpensive. THey have outdoor cafes EVERYWHERE and a menu of tapas plates, most of the tapas dishes were about $1.50-3 euro each, or some MAYBE $4-5 euro each but rarely. We would get 4 potato croquettes and let me say they were the best ive ever had and it was $1.50 euro for the plate

exactly and the drinks is what adds to it otherwise the food alone would be pretty cheap. But i'd get soda then get alcohol after dinner, dh would have a few drinks. Then after he'd have coffee so all this adds up. I was afraid before we got there how expensive it'd be but we were pleasantly surprised.

and yes the croquettes were awesome, they either had crabmeat in them or prosciutto
