Leroy Greer, who is suing 1800-FLOWERS for ?ruining his marriage.

Y'all are not going to believe this story below....Did any of you see this on the today show? This man is such a dumb a**!!!!!!!!!!

Today?s photo of the day shows Leroy Greer, who is suing 1800-FLOWERS for ?ruining his marriage.? Apparently, Greer sent flowers to his girlfriend and requested that the receipt NOT be sent to his house. The company goofed and sent the paperwork to his home, which he shares with his wife. A few months later, the company sent a thank-you note to Greer?s house, which prompted her to call and request a copy of the original receipt along with the note he sent to his girlfriend. According to Greer, he was in the process of reconciling with his wife until she found out about the flowers. Now she is insisting on a divorce and demanding a larger settlement: $400,000 lump sum plus $6,000 per month in child support.
Greer is now suing the company for $1 million. Thoughts?

the only thing the company did wrong is mail the reciept to his wife. that they're not allowed to do b/c she's considered a 'third party'. We don't know what she said to get the reciept, if she pretended she was her husband etc.... I guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens

Was it a joint credit card with both the husband and the wife on the account. If so, would the wife still be considered a third party?

I'll bet this guy gets a decent settlement from this idiocy because 1-800-Flowers just wants to make the case go away. This case ranks right up there with the guy who sued a dry cleaners for losing his pants (which I think the cleaners claimed to find a week later).
