LI/QUEENS GTG 9/15 date so far, we need place Charlie Browns or CozyMels?

I CANT MAKE IT TO THE CITY, AND ACUTALLY IM DUMB AND DONT KNOW HOW TO TAKE TRAIN TO CITY BY MYSELF AND I WORK ON LONG ISLAND, SO THERE IS NO NEED TO COMPLICATE MY LIFE. IM A LOSER I KNOW

ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Would this be for drinks, appetizers, dinner, dessert, etc?

For queens - there are a dozen places on or near Bell Blvd in Bayside.
There's a Marini Bar in Forest Hills I will be checking out on Friday.

For LI - There are Fridays all over the place. In Floral Park I like Jamesons & there's a new place up the street from them that could probably accomodate everyone.

I don't know what else to suggest. Weeknights are better for me but I will be away the last week of sept and the first week of Oct.

I can't wait!

LI/Queens is better for me, if it's a weekday.
For a weekend, I prefer the city.

I will go to a LI/Queens ones on a Friday happilly
I would like to find someplace different this time tho'.

I can do anyday except tues and thurs. Im ok with Bayside, how about the 2nd or 3rd week of september.

I am always one of the first to say I don't mind driving to points West - I use it as an excuse to see my family, who (as I stated in another thread), seem to think that driving to Suffolk would make them fall off the edge of the earth!

I'm up for a Queens GTG. I could also go to Nassau if the train takes me to the location. I don't have a car.
