keep all your contracts from the vendors in a binder so you can contact them if needed to asap

Get everything done ASAP before the wedding so you don't have any last minute running around to do!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go with your gut when choosing vendors!!!!!!!!!

Dont try to keep up with everyone else. for example- Just because someone else had slipper baskets doesnt mean you need them also.

Try to stay within budget and if you do go over make sure its something you and FH really cant do without

Tip # 1

The last few weeks before the wedding are crazy .Make a to do list for the full 2 weeks before with little tasks each day. It will be less overwhelming and you will ensure you won't forget anything.

Proper Prior Planning Avoids Wedding Mishaps

I spent a lot of time the weeks for the wedding confirming with vendors and expressing in written form my expectations as far as what pictures I wanted and how I wanted things set up. Since it was in writing they can't say they didn't know or that they forgot.

Roll with the punches

The day of your wedding don't stress it all balances out. Something you notice as a disaster probably won't even be noticed by your guest. Focus on your DH and enjoy the moment is goes by way to fast to stress about whether the flowers are the wrong shade of pink.

It could by a DOC or a MOH. I gave my sister all the key contact names for each vendor along with phone numbers.

Your bustle will break, someone will step on your dress. Who cares?! My bustle was broken 10 minutes after I was bustled. The bridal attendant saftely pinned it and I went back to partying. Don't let minor dress mishap ruin your night

if you have a bad feeling or vibe about a vendor but cant put ur finger on what exactly bothers u but logistically its best option - dont use that vendor, trust ur instinct and look for someone u will trust more
