NJ DRIVERS LICENSE???

I heard that you have to take a test to change your license from NY to NJ. Is this true?

Nope, I didn't have to. I just brought my marriage certificate, social security card, bill with my new address, old NY drivers license (which they took). Make sure you bring everything you need- I had to go back twice!

You used to have to...they changed the law....about 1 week before I changed mine over when I first moved to NJ.

Thank God. I can't imagine having to take another test...
