Thanks again for making me Newlywed of the week!

So, I must get asked this question at least once a day. I'm sure you have all been asked too.

How's married life? Is it all that you expected it to be? Do you feel different?

It's hard to answer if it's what I expected cuz I've never been married before and didn't really know what to expect. It's more of an adjustment living with someone. I actually do feel slightly different, it's strange but it's more of an obligation and protection over DH lol. WErid.

Not really much different for us..........but we've been together for almost 11 years and have lived together for 4.

Married life has been very enjoyable. No more stress of wedding planning, just enjoying each other and enjoying life. I'm very happy with my life right now!

we lived together for a long time... so its no different than it was before...

the only thing thats different is that we say husband and wife now... still not totally used to that yet

I have been asked this so much lately and honestly, I feel like not much has changed except the wedding stress is gone and everthing just seems much more solid. It still weirds me out to say 'my husband'...:

first let me say that i HATE when people ask 'how's married life' .... mostly because it's exactly the same as single & engaged life!

I agree., it's more of an adjustment than feeling totally different. I still have to conciously think of mynew last name when I sign something. When I say 'my husband' it still freaks me out a little but not in a bad way.

I am fairly used toliving with him since we have been living together for years at my Mom's. Now I have to adjust to chores and laundry and stuff like that though because my Mom spoiled us! lol

Eh, not really different... but I guess that is because we lived together for over a year before hand. It is funny to hear my siblings refer to DH as their 'brother in law' though!!!

It exactly the same, we are the same people and to be honest since we aren't planning the wedding anymore....we go out more and are having the best time with each other.

I love married life. Not much has really changed since we lived together for a year already, but even moving in last year was a smooth transition. I just feel like things keep getting better when we first got back from our honeymoon, we felt like it was all new again and had a crush on each other hehehe. I hope we always get those moments. I like that its official and we are a family and calling him my husband, but I feel like we felt married before. I feel more grown up hahah

I love it. It's exactly as I expected it to be... Just the same as it has been! I love calling DH my husband and do so all the time :)

I love it but the only thing that has changed is we're TTC now. Before we were married we had already lived together for over 7 years and been together over 8.

DH and I have been together over 11 years and lived together for 6. I didn't think it would be different - but it is!!

The stress of the wedding made us a different couple, I almost forgot what we were like 2 years ago!!

I also feel more of a closeness with him. He and I work completely different hours and I had my own life because of this. Now it bothers me more and more, and I'm missing him more than ever

ppl always ask this and it annoys me lol. i really feel like not much has changed so i dont know what to say. if i say 'nothing has really changed', ppl look at me funny. I usually just say its goood and drop it.

I do feel like it has changed us. I feel like is an even deeper/ bond and level of commitment now that we are married. It is nice to be a real family. Also, we got our place together for the first time which definitely brought us closer.
