One year anniversary! Any beachfront hotel recommendations?

One year anniversary! Any beachfront hotel recommendations?

I can't believe we are celebrating our 1 year anniversary next week!!!!
We are having dinner at the Thatched Cottage, where we got married, and are very excited about that.
We wanted to spend one day before (Sunday) at a hotel on the beach - could be anywhere at all on LI. Any suggestions?

Well its not on the beach but its on the water...Danfords On the Sound. We stayed there the night of our wedding and it was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! Its rightin Port Jeff so there are a lot of fun things to do!
