First of all, don't yell, I know I'm not a newelywed, but I am asking for my sister who is:

I remember reading a post about how to cut down the pictures for your album. I did a search and can not find it now. If anyone has suggestions on how to decide what pics to use, or how they cut down the number, I'm all ears, well, eyes.

First eliminate dupes, closed eyes, everyone not looking in the same direction etc.

Put them in order of how your day was and then select the best of the best of those, that is how we did it.

I put ALL photos in categories- getting ready, us, ceremony, family posed shots, reception. Then I organized everything by time. Then I went thru and removed all 'I hate these' photos (ie: I look fat, eyes of person are closed, dumb look on face etc.), then I went back to make sure each important moment was captured and I kept narrowing down until I had my favorites that captured the feeling of our day.
