Hi girls,

I saw this post on LiFamilies.com and thought it was cute. Show me what you recently bought. I need some ideas

This is what I bought:
Robert Rodriguez Sweater ( in diff color)
David Aubrey gold sand dollar disc earrings
ivory ruched cashmere rosette scarf
Elie Tahari black brushed wool 'Jane' patent belt coat

OMG I WANT THAT! we need a new camera so bad and next time we buy one I want a real one! My ex had a Nikon digital SLR and it took amazing photos!! It wasn't the one pictured, his camera was larger. It pretty much does the work for you! I think he loved his camera more than he loved me... seriously... why do you think he's my ex?

oy... i dont even WANT to know what he did with that camera when the lense wasn't inserted

Caroline I am SOOOO jealy right now! I'd love a digital SLR camera - I had my eye on the Canon EOS digital and a couple that we met on our honeymoon had just bought one for themselves as a wedding gift! My DH had told me that he had wanted to buy me a camera as my wedding gift but that he didn't think it was sentimental enough (what he did get me, a diamond cross that I've wanted forever, had me crying so he made a good choice) but maybe he'll consider it as a one year wedding anniversary gift?? lol

THANK YOU! I was going to buy either this one, or the Canon EOS. I chose this one b/c I got a great deal on the whole package...

We used the remainder of the wedding gifts to pay for bills so I pretty much had no debt... I just received a low apr *balance transfer* checks for one of the credit cards I zero'd out so I figure I can transfer the balance of this camera to that and spend the year paying it off. It comes out to be... 65 a month (with the interest) so i figured WHY NOT. Ive wanted a digital SLR for YEARS but just never had the means to buy one.

it was my wedding gift to myself hahaha.

though the diamond necklace sounds niiiiiiiiiice.

If I just did the math correctly, you got an AMAZING deal on the camera AND the lenses AND cases, etc!!!! WOW! The canon EOS alone costs about that much! Congrats!
And the necklace (cross) is beautiful and elegant I pray that Duet got a nice pro shot of it!

well, i wound up buying a little more... but I'm able to put a few hundred down, im not transferring the ENTIRE thing... I'll FM you where I got it, they have deals on Canons as well...

Sooo exciting Jen! When do you close on the house? is it really as stressful as they say it is? We might be putting an offer on a house and I'm scared to go through that while I already have a stressful time in my life- getting ready for the holiday concerts at school!

DH and I recently bought:

Ok, so we 'recently' (last month) also bought all of the furniture for our new apartment:

Living room set - sofa, loveseat, chair, cocktail ottoman

Our entertainment center

Bedroom set - dresser, 2 chests, 2 nightstands, different bed

And I don't have a picture of our dining room set.

All this AND the wedding at the same time! Can you say !

We close Nov 14th! woohoo!! It was pushed back a few times, but this is the FINAL date! I'm so excited. Yes its so damn stressful and its not fun when trying to get it all in order (closing date, contracts etc...) GOOD LUCK!
