so annoyed with my photographer!

I am annoyed!!! I do not understand why it takes so darn long to make the first design of my album. I met with them May 31st - they told me it would take 4 months, which seemed like a lot but I said okay. Then the 4 month mark came and I called because I still had not heard anything. They tell me that it has not even GONE OUT YET to be designed!

I just don't know what to do!

Any advice?

ohhh wow ~ I think that would be a long time ~ I have not a clue though ~ is this the norm for other photographers? Do you know anyone else who has used them ~ on liw or personal recommendations? I would ask to see if this is the norm for them... I am sorry you are going through this ~ I hope things get better and you receive your album soon!

i think it's a very long time.... i had my proofs in a week and then it was me that took so long to call and set up an appointment. we had our album took weeks after we met with him to lay it all out.

even if they are a large studio, i think you have been more than patient... 4 months is a LONG time and if they didn't even send it out yet, i don't think they did it....

That seems like a really long time but I havent even picked out my album pictures yet so I dont know the time line

TP said it would take 4 weeks to get my first design layout once I gave him the proofs I wanted to use. So 4 months seems ridiculous to me. I would threaten them with calling Help Me Howard or Seven on Your Side, something like that. And then I'd go make my own album on mypublisher or something because I doubt you're going to get anything good out of them if they're being this way.
