Speaking of appointments

I have an appt w/ Verizon today to repair my phone line. Its been really fuzzy and we can hear other conversations. Anyway, they said btwn 8-12. Its now 11:58. Still not here. I need to get in the shower run some errands and then go to work!

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!

How hard can it be for the PHONE COMPANY to call and say they'll be late

When I moved Verizon said they HAD to come to my house to turn on the service. I leave work really early to wait for the appointment. I got there literally 5 minutes after the slotted time to find a note on my door from them.

The guy does come back and says that he turned it on from outside

HE didnt need to come in at all!!!!!!!!

IDIOTS!! All of them!!!

I just called them and they said someone was already here and didn't need to come in the house!!!!!!! Can you FREAKING imagine??!!!!!!!!!

I have been waiting ALL morning, and they don't even have the decency to NOTIFY you that they came? No note, nothing!! I live in an apt complex, so its not like I would see the truck in front of my house!

UNFREAKINGBELIEVABLE!!!!!!
