Update on my dad...

Surgery is scheduled for next Wednesday at NYU. So glad to have this scheduled!!!!!

What did i miss... what happened???



My dad was diagnosed with lung cancer. He's gone through all the testing and got clearance for his surgery to remove it on Wednesday.

To be honest we haven't tried to quit just yet. We have some cigarettes left in the apt - once those are done we're done. Cold turkey! Going to get some straws and celery and apple slices to chew on.

Good for you guys! I need to quit but just don't want to yet. My mom quit with tic tacs, no joke. Every time she had a craving she would pop a tic tac. And only 1 calorie.
