Re: Vegas- Must Do/See
If you like to gamble I HIGHLY suggest Casino Royale,,,,,,It's btwn Harrah's and the Venetian. It's a little casino but I love it and drinks are 2 for 1!

This sounds silly but the last time I was in Vegas I went to the Liberace Museum. It definitely was different and a change from the typical casino scene. We also did the Hoover Dam tour - very cool!

I've been to Vegas a bunch of times, mostly for work, but I've always wanted to go to Red Rock Canyon. I love just walking the strip and going in and out of every hotel. Going up the Eiffel Tower is fun, a gondola ride at the Venetian, watching the fountains at Bellagio. There's a lot of free entertainment! The pirate show used to be really cool in front of Treasure Island, now i call it the 'Dirty Pirate Hooker show'!

I go to Vegas a couple times of year for work. There is defintiely a lot of free entertainment just walking on strip. If you want to see a show I highly recommend O. It's expensive, but so worth it. One similar to that is Le Reve which is at the Wynn. That's great too. Go downtown to Freemont Street. They have that light show which is popular. The casinos down there are super cheap. There is a ride on top of the Stratosphere, but don't recommend it if you're afraid of heights.

Re: Vegas- Must Do/See
Besides the strip I would go downtown Las Vegas (where Vegas originated) during the evening...they have a light show which is pretty cool and they have kiosks where they sell unusual things and I had a lot of luck at the 'Golden Nugget' Casino
Have fun!

Re: Vegas- Must Do/See
I have a list of must do's. I was going to search for it because I typed it for someone once before but let me just shoot it out and I will add more if I can remember the rest!
- Fountains at Bellagio - Crepes from Le Creperie in Paris - Parasol Down at Wynn for drinks (sit at the outside patio that overlooks the waterfall for drinks after 7:00 and some funky shows) - La Fontana Bar Bellagio (they have cool bands bands and you can watch the fountain show) - My favorite casinos: Venetian, Wynn, Bellagio - See a Cirque Show if possible. My favs are 'O' and Mystere.

Re: Vegas- Must Do/See
Me and my DH just went for our Honeymoon a few weeks ago.
The best place we ate at was N9NE steakhouse at the Palm. Food was awesome, and the atmosphere is very cool.
Joe's Stone Crab inside the Caesar's Forum was fabulous too.
BLT Burger inside the Mirage has the best burgers and shakes.

Well, I love Vegas!
My favorite Cirque d' Soleil is O. But they are all pretty good.
The mirage buffet is fabulous. The Paris buffet is also great but lines are always ridiculous.
Rum Jungle is terrific, if you go for a late dinner, just stay in the restaurant until it turns into a club and then you don't have to wait in line, pay any extra admission etc. They have this smores dessert, I would fly to Vegas just to eat it!
