What is the ONE single happiest memory you have from your wedding day?

for me, the moment of absolute SHEER joy was reciting the vows to my husband. it was surreal and a memory I will cherish forever!!

jumping up and down right before they pronounced us husband and wife! I love watching it on video...I had no idea I was jumping until I heard everyone laugh!

My absolute happiest moment was when I was on the way to WM. After all the rain we had in October I awoke to a BEAUTIFUL sunny wedding day. I turned on my cell phone and saw I had a text message from DH that said:

'It's a beautiful day today...the weather is nice too.'

when i started to walk down the aisle. i was the happiesst then and when the rabbi pronounced us man and wife

Aside from being told we were officially married. This has to be the happiest memory. DH and I had not been allowed to see eachother for the 7 days leading up to the wedding, and this was the first moment we saw eachother at our Veiling Ceremony

The happiest moment was when my father walked me down the aisle and I was about to cry. Then my DH leaned over and said please dont cry because you are going to make me cry. He then whispered I know we are not married just yet but I love you and you look beautiful.

After we were pronounced husband and wife - he stepped on the glass, our recessional music started and he kissed me. I could live in that moment forever.

The way we stared at each other across the church during the ceremony. It was like nobody else was there. We were so excited!

having him walk into the ceremony room for pictures before the ceremony and seeing his face when he opened his eyes and saw me for the first time.

for me it was teh moment we saw eachother for the first time. The photographer set up a moment for us and i waited for him to turn the cormer and my face just lit up.

I really couldn't stop cheesing the whole time, so I was pretty happy just to be getting married and finally having that day... but reciting my vows rocked!! My DH said his in English and I got to say mine in Spanish (just like I always dreamed) it was magical!! And walking down the aisle as husband and wife was beyond amazing!!

One of my favorite moments was my vows and the ceremony itself.. But then I loved the feeling when we announced into the reception.. I was like wow I am a Mrs...

For me it was just walking down the aisle and DH standing there with a big smile on his face. When we exchanged our vows and DH singing to me at the reception. It was quite a special moment.

That's a hard one for me because there are 2 moments that really stand out.

The first is right after DH and I were pronounced husband and wife. I was on cloud nine walking out of the church. I just remember being so giddy with excitement as people formed a receiving line and started greeting us.

The other moment was in the limo on the way to the church. We got to the church a little early, so we drove by the church and I made eye contact with one of my DC friends who was in the parking lot and it made me soooo excited. She was the first friend/guest I saw that day and it made me so glad to know that I was going to have all of my friends and family there that day.

in yehud right after we were married and I could spend my first moment alone with my DH, that was the best moment in my life. But then, when we were leaving for our HM the next day, my DH gave me a card - he said he waited b/c I gave him his during our yehud, and I understood why he waited cause I sat in the airport just bawling my eyes out. It was the single most romantic thing I have ever received. It was a beautiful love letter and made me melt.

I love my husband with all of my heart and soul and we went through 5 years of turmoil and heartbreak to be to together, so the entire ceremony that finally declared us as husband and wife, one unit - forever, is something that even now, five months later, I still can't believe is real!
Words that our pastor recited to our guests during our ceremony will always be with me:

'Nothing you can do today can be wrong, because what they are doing is right; it's right in their eyes and it's right in God's eyes ....'
