Not sure- we have to go out to visit someone in the hospital.

Does anyone have any good Pineapple/Hawaiian chicken recipes?

yes and it's so easy.

Cube chicken breats and dip them in egg, then bread crumbs and fry (i usually use a pound of chicken). Place chicken in any size baking dish.

In a seperate bowl mix a can of cubed dole pinapples (with juice from can) and about 15 to 20 ounces of duck sauce. once it's mixed, pour it over the chicken and bake for about 30-40 minutes (or until pinapples are soft). Serve over white rice or egg noodles.

Herb Chicken with Rice using Cambell's Super Bakes...it comes with the sauce, herbs & rice, just add the chicken and water and bake. I'm also heating up some frozen veggies in the microwave.

Pan seared salmon over spinich and orzo in a olive oil garlic sauce. Though we're not eating until almost 9:00.
I hate eating late, but I teach a cardio class at my gym tonight and I cannot eat dinner before cardio.
