I told my mom we have to go to that MACYS. They were having a huge sale until tomorrow right?! I heard such excellent things about it! Are there a lot of people to help you? And is there a large selection?

It was very quiet at Macy's Bridal Yesterday. There was one other girl there, I think she was getting fitted for a bridesmaid dress. They give you a nice big room to try on the dresses, and then you come out of the room to look in the big mirrors. The salesgirl did not help me dress (mom was there) but she did help me zip up and stuff once I had it on. There were other girls there, but I had one assigned to me while I was there. She took the dresses when I was done and put them back. She helped pull dresses with my mom based on the styles I liked. I found it to be an extremely positive environment. They were helpful but not over-bearing, like some other places.
Edited to add: it was an extra special day yesterday because my grandmother showed me my nana's china. She passed a few years ago, and my grandma said I could have the China if I want it!!!! YAY!!!!! Its really pretty too!!!

This has been a wonderful weekend for both FI and I. I got a job offer Thursday night and I start today. I am actually getting ready and wanted to pop in just in case I cant during the day and FI got a job offer as well. He took the TSA (Transit Security Administration) exam about 2 months ago, and took the physical and everything and he got the call last night. He has to call Friday afternoon and speak to a person and report Saturday Morning to where they tell him to go to get fitted for his uniform and orientation. He will be working out of JFK. I am so excited. He will be the bag screeners and doing the bag checks and metal detectors. Its a federal job. AHHHH I am so excited for him.
Yea now we can get started on our vendors and more wedding stuff. When I lost my job all we did was just book the hall and church and put everything else on hold, now we can get our vendors. Yea

We got our rings....YIPPEEE...I saw it on saturday and couldn't pass it up...he had be eyeing his ring for about a month so we ordered his. OMG I am so loving it....I have to try to get a pic some how...

Hey Rebecca,
My wedding date isn't set in stone. That's just something I entered cause they forced me too! We are actually thinking about Sepetember now because it would be easier on my family. My brother is graduating from college in May of 04 and I have a cousin getting married in Feb 04 so September makes more sense. But we'll see I'll keep you posted!
